It could just be me, but lately I’ve felt like the already shallow pool of job opportunities has drastically been evaporating.
The list of legitimate job postings I peruse every morning is getting as bismal as the weather report lately.
Finally a beacon of hope- LinkUp, a fantastic site that aggregates listings from company websites. Chances are, many of the positions posted on the site you may have never come across otherwise. I’ve already found a few myself. The overall platform of the site is very user-friendly (and free!).
I really encourage everyone to check out the site and begin to use it religiously as the jobs are always current. Also, make sure to follow the founder’s (he’s also the chairman of JobDig.com) Twitter page and take a look at his blog!

I guess that’s a pretty much old school of thought in the recruitment industry. That is why networking has been much effective for job seekers rather than applying-for-jobs-on-ads process.
